Montreal Third Place is a community-led initiative based in Montreal, helping students and recent graduates navigate the transition from school to work in the age of AI.We explore how AI is changing hiring, employability, confidence, networking, and early-career opportunities through conversations, events, and collaborative workshops.Our goal is to create a supportive third place where young talent can learn, connect, build confidence, and prepare for the changing world of work.

Meet the Founder
Niloufar Pilghoush is the Founder and Project Lead of Montreal Third Place. Ten years in IT, spanning enterprise systems, software development, and Agile delivery, have shaped her approach to product development. Her focus is on the practical work behind useful technology: understanding people’s needs, improving processes, and helping business and technical teams turn ideas into solutions that work in practice.She brings this approach to Montreal Third Place, connecting students, recent graduates, educators, and industry professionals to address the challenges of entering an AI-enabled job market. Through collaborative initiatives, she helps create opportunities to build professional connections, learn from mentors, and develop practical solutions together.
